Boiler Servicing You Can Trust
Your boiler works harder than almost any other appliance in your home. From October through to March, it's firing up multiple times a day — heating your home, warming your water, doing it silently and (usually) without complaint.
An annual service is the single most important thing you can do to keep it running safely and efficiently. At HGB Heating Kent, we carry out thorough boiler services for homeowners and landlords across Kent, following manufacturer service specifications for every boiler brand we work on.
Services are typically completed in 45 to 60 minutes. You'll receive a full written service report and we'll set your next reminder so you never accidentally miss a service.
We always confirm the price before visiting — no surprises.

Why Skipping the Service Is Always the Wrong Call
Carbon Monoxide Risk
A cracked heat exchanger or blocked flue can allow CO into your home. CO is colourless and odourless. A service includes specific checks designed to detect CO risks before they become dangerous.
Warranty Compliance
Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Viessmann, Baxi, and Ideal all require annual servicing by a Gas Safe engineer to keep extended warranties valid. Miss a service and the warranty becomes void.
Efficiency and Bills
An unserviced boiler loses efficiency over time. Carbon deposits build up, seals dry out. The result is higher gas bills for the same amount of heat. A service restores optimal operation.
Preventing Breakdowns
Many boiler breakdowns are entirely preventable. A £15 seal replaced during a service is far cheaper than a £250 emergency repair on a Saturday night in December.
